School People's Ukrainian Republic. SPUR is a Hetman constitutional monarchy based on international cooperation, traditions and unity of the Ukrainian people and free Europe. A democracy where the presidency was an influential role with almost unlimited power, opposed only by parliament, but over the years the SPUR has gone through a series of ideological and political reforms. Currently, there are fully functioning branches of government that limit and complement each other. All positions are voluntary and elective.
The School Ukrainian People's Republic is a state founded on May 9, 2023. Moreover, all three branches of government began to fully operate in July 2024, at the same time the first edition of the Constitution was put into effect, which was edited and reissued in June 2025. The government is represented by three branches of government: legislative (Parliament), executive (Government) and judicial (Supreme Commission). The government changes once a year, but the parliament may remain unchanged throughout the year. Since the spring of 2025, active work has been underway to obtain recognition by other microstates, and since June 2025, work has been underway to enter the Ukrainian School People's Republic into international relations and recruit citizens.
The government is represented by the Cabinet of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is elected by the Parliament, and other ministers are elected both on the initiative of the President and on the initiative of the Parliament and the Government. Currently, the Cabinet of Ministers, since the summer of 2025, includes: Prime Minister, Minister of Sports.
